Bailbrook House Hotel in Bath is an 18th century mansion on the outskirts of England’s only World Heritage city, set in 20 acres of gardens. The impressive entrance is adorned with Ionic columns and the façade is made of honey coloured Bath stone.
There are 78 spacious, individually-decorated bedrooms with luxurious en-suite bathrooms. All of the bedrooms, housed in a dedicated modern building adjacent to the main Georgian house, are modern and light. Amongst other amenities, they feature hand-made beds, White Company toiletries and work desks.
Open all day and evening, the hotel’s bar offers a choice between traditional sandwiches, classic Club Sandwiches with a modern twist or light bites and salads. In the restaurant, head chef Ciaran Molloy combines fresh West Country produce with world ingredients for mouth-watering cuisine that will be a highlight of your stay. In summer months the terrace is the perfect setting for informal barbecues and live cooking. And last but not least, there’s also Gabriels, a Rosette award winning restaurant, where you can enjoy dishes such as Tian of Crab, Grilled Fillet Mignon or Braised Salmon.
